• The fundraiser application must be submitted to fundraisers@restmgmt.com a minimum of two weeks in advance of a requested date.

• Customers must show the Pizza Hut fundraiser flyer (via print/phone) in order to have their sale counted towards the fundraiser earnings.

• Organization members cannot distribute flyers on Pizza Hut premises (this includes Pizza Hut parking lot). This must be communicated by the organization to all persons distributing flyers.

• If your fundraiser does not meet the minimum of $400 in Pizza Hut sales, the 20% donation will be credited to the organization in the form of a one-time future food purchase.

• A minimum $15 purchase is required for an order to count towards the fundraiser earnings.

• Special bulk pricing on large orders can not be combined with the 20% fundraiser earnings.

• Gift card purchases cannot be counted with the 20% fundraiser flyer earnings.

• Pizza Hut is not responsible for flyers distributed on private property without approval.
